Stefano Braghin graduated in Political Science from the University of Turin, completed a higher course in “Business Communication” in 1996, and qualified as a Sports Director at the Coverciano Federal Technical Center in 2008, with top marks. His career in soccer began with managerial roles in clubs such as Pisa, Genoa, Ivrea, Alessandria and Bassano Virtus.
In 2012, he joined Juventus, initially as Organizational Manager of the Youth Sector. Since the 2017-2018 season, she has held the role of Women's Teams Director, leading the team to win five consecutive Scudetti, four Italian Super Cups, three Italian Cups and reach the quarterfinals of the UEFA Women's Champions League in the 2021-2022 season.
He also held key roles at the international level, having been a member of the ECA Women's Football Committee Bureau for the 2019-2023 cycle and actively participating in the UEFA Women's Football Strategy Working Group, contributing to the growth and development of women's soccer at the European level. In addition, he was appointed Head of Delegation of the National Women's Football Team A by the Federal President from 2023 to 2024, also participating in the 2023 World Cup in Australia and New Zealand in that role.
